It's important to keep in mind that, for all intents and purposes, dark chocolate is still very much in the category of candy. You do not want to take in too much of it, so the ability to maintain its usage is, to say the least, integral. If you take in dark chocolate at a safe rate, there is no doubt that your sweet tooth will remain satisfied for longer.
