Spearmint oil may be quite helpful with your stress. Apply a small amount of spearmint oil to your neck and temples when you feel stressed. Little things like this can have a huge impact on your overall stress level, try it!

Spending an intimate evening with your significant other can really be beneficial to your relationship and your stress levels. This will focus your attention on the one you love so that you can enjoy yourself for the moment and not worry about past and future events.

If you feel overwhelmed very often, you need to understand how to say no to other people on occasion. Do not try too hard to please everyone you know.

Music can sooth the savage beast that is stress. Listening to calming music is a tried and tested stress reduction technique. Choose the music that you enjoy, as everyone's taste in music is different. Listening to music you like will cause your brain to release serotonin, which will make you feel calm and happier.
